About : Stop reading about business models. Build your own.

Across five self-paced modules you turn a rough idea into a finished Business Model Canvas, one document at a time.

You start with your own strengths as an entrepreneur. Then you map the problem, the market opportunity and the people who care about your idea. From there you write your value proposition, choose your key activities and partners, test how your solution fits the market and plan how to fund it.

What you get

  • Live mentoring sessions. Join live online group mentoring sessions, included in the course price.
  • A method that works outside food. Worked examples from outside the food sector show the same steps in other markets.
  • Built on EntreComp. The course follows the European Commission's entrepreneurship competence framework.
  • An EIT Labeled certificate. Pass the final test and get your certificate.
  • Learn from university faculty. Written by entrepreneurship faculty at leading universities and backed by EIT Food.
