The Save the Ocean Boot Camp is an immersive experience that explores the relationship between marine ecosystems, food systems, and sustainable innovation. Participants will engage with experts in marine conservation, sustainable fishing, and blue economy strategies, gaining knowledge to drive ocean protection and responsible food production.

Description of the program : Safeguarding marine ecosystem

The Save the Ocean Boot Camp is a hands-on program designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to address ocean conservation challenges through food system transformation. Held in Pollica, a key hub for Mediterranean coastal sustainability, this boot camp connects traditional marine heritage with innovative solutions for preserving ocean health. Participants will explore the intersection of marine ecosystems, gastronomy, and environmental policy.
