The Bio Med Boot Camp is an experiential training program at the intersection of nutrition, health, and sustainability. The program explores how the Mediterranean Diet and biodiversity contribute to well-being and planetary health, integrating scientific research, traditional practices, and modern innovation.

The Bio Med Boot Camp provides a deep dive into the role of nutrition in health and sustainability. Set in Pollica, a UNESCO-recognized hub of the Mediterranean Diet, this program offers a multidisciplinary learning experience that connects ancient wisdom with modern science. Participants will explore functional foods, the microbiome, and the role of diet in preventing disease and promoting longevity.
