EIT Alumni CONNECT, celebrating EIT Talent who turned learning into leadership
EIT Alumni CONNECT 2025 offers attendees of EIT Education & Skills Days an opportunity to engage with the multidisciplinary, entrepreneurial alumni from across the entire EIT Community.
EIT Alumni CONNECT 2025, taking place on 17 October 2025 immediately after EIT Skills & Education Days, will see approximately 250 alumni convene in Brussels to unite and empower the EIT Alumni network.
This year’s theme, “The Missing Piece,” will build on the discussions at EIT Education & Skills Days by connecting the EIT Alumni marketplace of talents with industry partners and stakeholders seeking to enhance Europe's competitiveness and innovation capacity.
Alongside impactful keynote speeches and solution-oriented breakout sessions, CONNECT 2025 will pioneer the Career & Collaboration Fair: a dynamic take on traditional career fairs.

CONNECT's Career & Collaboration Fair - opportunity for both Industry & Alumni
CONNECT 2025 will highlight the EIT Alumni community as a marketplace of talents based on their specialized entrepreneurship & innovation training in their respective sectors.
The Career & Collaboration Fair will invite companies, start-ups, agencies, and collaborators to initiate actionable engagements (in-person and online) with approximately 300 EIT Alumni advancing innovation in nine sectors.
The fair aims to foster engagement among booth owners and the interdisciplinary and multicultural network of EIT Alumni through:
- Recruitment of talents with specialized skills in the EIT Community’s 9 sectors
- Investment/funding opportunities for their start-ups and scale-ups
- Technical training opportunities to further refine EIT Alumni skills
- Research partnership to further develop alumni’s innovative ideas
