The stakes were high, with 1 000€ for 1st place, 750€ for 2nd, and 500€ for 3rd place.

2. Izmari Jasel Alvarez Gaona - Circular Powder - transforming surplus wine and wine residues into antioxidant-rich, alcohol-free and healthy powders
3. Ebrar Yildirim - Lovelipops - Fruit flavored lollipops made with fire, probiotics and fruit concentrates
💚Category 2 - A Net Zero Food System
1. Alara Ertenü - Zeropack - Cost effective & biodegradable 'rigid & flexible packaging' made from corn waste for corn processors
2. Diogo Polonia - Loopack - IoT enabled cup recycling through RFID and vending machines
3. Ahumuza Ignatius - The Earthpack - biodegradable packaging material from thermoplastic starch and fiber composites
💚 Category 3 - Reducing Risk for a Fair and Resilient Food System
1. Rajeena Uruniyengal - A safe and sustainable biopolymer coating from vegetable waste
2. Amanyire Benjamin - A Black Soldier fly device for homes, producing alternative protein and organic fertilizers from waste.
3. Nikos Fotiou - An immutable, auditable, sustainable transparency registry for agricultural products
